Q: What are some of the benefits of Toni’s classes in my Preschool?
A: Unlike many dance and karate classes which tend to discourage most of the school’s population due to gender stereotyping. With most kids participating in art at some point, by offering Toni’s classes you’ll have a hit among your parents and prospective families.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: The average class is one hour in length including fifteen minutes of instruction, fifteen minutes of adventure and thirty minutes of art.
Q: What about one on one instruction art classes?
A: Typically these classes are forty-five. Please refer to pricing for private art classes.
Q: Is there a contract for book illustrations?
A: Yes. When illustrating for books, it is very important to use a contract. The contract establishes and protects your rights to the illustrations.
Q: Do the artists get royalties?
A: No. Due to the tricky nature of tracking book sales, I avoid royalties. Once you have paid for your artwork, it is yours to do with as you please without further compensation to your illustrator. This is known as a Work for Hire arrangement.
